We begin every Staggwood Bandsaw Box as a solid block of thick layers of pine, cedar and/or poplar. Each box is created using a bandsaw and we hand finish at our workshop in Port St Lucie, Florida. And when we say hand finish, we mean hand finish! We start with pre-staining every surface, followed with 5 layers of lacquer between hand sanding to give a top-quality finish and long life to your box. We use an industrial laser engraver to ensure high quality, clarity and precision of all our images.
This box is made from layers of pine and cedar.

Each box is individually handcrafted and takes about two weeks to produce, engrave and finish.
