Shipping Policy

We ship daily both nationally & internationally from our workshop in Port St Lucie, Florida.

We use USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail. If you need an order in a hurry, Shopify provide expedited options.

At checkout, select Free Shipping for no charge shipping.

Or select the option you need for faster delivery. Charges will apply for faster shipping options.

We gladly offer exchanges & refunds if requested in writing within 3 days of delivery if the item is not as described.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any customized orders such as address signage.

We always send a proof for approval. If the proof has been approved and the item is incorrect, no refund or exchange will be offered.

Customers are responsible for costs of returning items.
